These Terms of Use (together with our Privacy Policy) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.newperspectivesec.com (the “Website”), operated by Kevin Thomas trading as New Perspectives Executive Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Coach”), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

New Perspectives Executive Coaching is operated by Kevin Thomas, a sole trader.

All coaching engagements are subject to our separate Terms and Conditions (available upon request or during engagement) and require a signed agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any coaching relationship at our discretion, subject to any agreed terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that might otherwise apply (whether statutory or otherwise).
