We faced cash flow pressures, demanding clients, fierce competition, internal challenges and many sleepless nights. At the same time, my personal life brought significant hardship, including the loss of loved ones and the breakdown of my marriage. There were moments when everything felt overwhelming.

Those years taught me more than any qualification ever could. I learned the importance of resilience, perspective and surrounding yourself with great people. Together, we grew the business into an 8-figure company, won service excellence awards and successfully exited the business in 2019.

Looking back, I realise that the greatest lessons weren't about technology or business strategy. They were about leadership, decision-making and learning how to keep moving forward when the pressure felt relentless.

Working with my own business coach during some of the toughest periods of my career was one of the best investments I ever made. It helped me strengthen my mindset, regain clarity, challenge my thinking and turn pressure into meaningful progress.

That experience inspired me to establish New Perspectives Business Coaching.

Today, I help IT business owners step away from the day-to-day, regain focus, build momentum and build better businesses. Whether your ambition is to grow your company, improve profitability, strengthen your leadership team or prepare for a future exit, my role is to help you think more clearly, make better decisions and move forward with confidence.

My experience has taught me that business owners rarely need more information. They need the clarity to focus on what matters most, the momentum to keep moving forward and the confidence to lead with purpose.

Why I Do What I Do

Running a business can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be lonely.

Even when you're surrounded by a great team, the biggest decisions often rest with you. Having someone to challenge your thinking, ask the right questions and provide an objective perspective can make all the difference.

That's why I do what I do.

I want every client to leave our coaching sessions with greater clarity, renewed momentum and the confidence to lead their business with purpose.

Outside of Coaching

When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me learning Welsh, cold-water swimming in the sea, practising Wing Chun Kung Fu or exploring the beautiful North Wales countryside with my family.
