When something in your life or work no longer supports you, start by asking yourself: “What will I change?”.
In this module I took you through six steps that can help provide you with an abundance of energy.
The Simplify Concept can help to bring awareness of your Energy to your attention every day, so that you have an abundance of it!
Follow the steps below to help apply the Simplify Concept to your Energy:
Step 1 – IDENTIFY: Ask yourself “What element of my Energy WILL I change?”.
- Is there a time of day when I lack energy?
- Is there a strategy in the Energy module that I will start using today?
Step 2 – DECIDE: Decide NOW how things WILL be different.
- Which ‘Energy’ plate do I need to spin?
- What will I stop doing?
- What will I start doing?
- Is there something I need to research?
Step 3 - DO THE ONE THING: Simply commit to one action. It’s important to review the effectiveness of your action. Be mindful that you may need to adjust or change your action depending upon the results you see.
