My Journey
Hi, I’m Kev, a Mindset & Performance Coach, and I welcome you to New Perspectives Coaching!
Having co-founded and directed a thriving IT company for 15 years, I understand the intricacies of growing a business. Over time, the increasing demands led me to lose clarity and direction.
I hired a Coach and I learnt, developed, and applied strategies that helped me to simplify how I was thinking and what I was doing.
This ‘inner work’ guided me to:
- See clearly where I wanted to be in my business and personal life.
- Build my confidence, focus, and drive.
- Develop a successful business with an 8-figure turnover with my business partners, servicing leading companies, and winning awards for service excellence.
- Exit the business following a successful acquisition, where the company continues to grow well today.
