Manager Programme

Designed for the Manager to help develop and improve management and leadership skills.

Managers are responsible for developing their teams and maximising their performance. As your organisation develops, your managers will need support to cope with new demands and to enhance their skills base to ensure that your business objectives are achieved. My in-depth experience of the pressures and problems faced by managers across a large range of differing circumstances enables me to offer highly effective coaching. I will both support and challenge your managers to help them to improve their performance.

This programme starts with a meeting between the Business Leader, the Manager and me, at which we’ll clarify and agree the key objectives, goals and success criteria. Typically, the programme involves six coaching sessions, although there can be more. I’ll hold a mid-term review with the Business Leader and Manager to assess the Manager’s progress towards the objectives and goals – and to receive feedback on the coaching process.

Following the final coaching sessions, I’ll hold a further meeting with the Business Leader and Manager to review the results achieved by the Manager, based on the success criteria and the agreed objectives and goals. There will also be an opportunity for final feedback on the coaching process.
